Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home, or private space, and suitable for those who travel, or cannot access the centre for any reason.
All you need is a quiet, confidential space, with a good internet signal.

I empower you in the decision-making process, and tailor treatment that will be the most effective for you at this particular time in your life. Sometimes this means an integration of different approaches.
